The Relay for Life is a celebration, memorial and rally agains cancer. It sees teams of participants take turns running and walking around a path continiously overnight (because cancer never sleeps) for up to 24 hours.
This event was held on March 13/14 of 2010. The Relay for Life in Leeward, Oahu welcomed a 14-member team of Nan Inc employees, who raised a combined total of $2,629 for the event.
Nan Inc also contributed $5,000 to the event as a Diamond Sponsor. The Relay for Life benefits the American Cancer Society, which is committed to fighting cancer through balanced programs, research, education, patient services, advocacy, and rehabilitation.
